We want you to love your purchase from dawnreverie. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items for a refund or exchange within our return window.
1. Return Window
· We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
· Please Note for EU & UK Customers: In accordance with European Union and UK consumer law, you have a legal 14-day withdrawal period to return your order from the date you receive it. For your convenience, we offer an extended 30-day return window.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· In its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
· Have all original tags and labels attached.
· Packaged in the original packaging or a similar protective package.
Items that are damaged, stained, or show signs of wear will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
3. Return Process
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service team at dawnreverie.vip@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Package the item(s) securely in the original or a similar shipping box.
3. Include the completed copy of your original packing slip or a note with your order number and RMA number inside the package.
4. Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until we receive the package.
4. Refunds
· Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification email.
· Method: The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
· Deductions: For returns outside the EU-mandated 14-day period, we may deduct the original cost of shipping from your refund. For EU customers, we are legally required to deduct the cost of standard outbound shipping if you choose a refund and we offered you a free shipping option.
5. Exchanges
· We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
· To request an exchange, please contact us at dawnreverie.vip@gmail.com. If the desired size is available, we will guide you through the process. If not, we will recommend a refund.
6. Sale & Final Sale Items
· Sale items can be returned for store credit within 30 days.
· Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure your order is perfect. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at dawnreverie.vip@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly cover the cost of return shipping and will expedite a full refund or exchange for you.
8. Return Shipping Costs
· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
· EU Customers: As per EU law, you are only responsible for the cost of returning the items if this was clearly stated before you made your purchase.
